WHEN ART MEETS LAW:
A WEB3 PROJECT, PIONEERING IN ITALY, IN THE LEGAL SECTOR

A bridge between contemporary art and Legal Tech: a unique project is born in the Italian landscape, the result of the collaboration between P&G S.r.l. – Business & Legal Services, a company providing legal consultancy and business development services for enterprises, and Tokenable Ltd, a company specialized in Web3 and tokenization projects, with the participation of the artist Pitmrels, one of the most interesting Italian artists working with new media.

The project starts from a physical artwork created by the artist, which portrays the P&G’s trademark, a visual symbol of the company’s identity and of the connection between aesthetics and corporate values.
From this artwork, 44 derivative NFTs were generated, certified on blockchain, each linked to a real-world utility in the field of corporate legal consultancy and digital culture.

Each token represents the company’s values, logo, services, and the authentic signature of the artist, becoming a form of digital ownership that combines innovation, identity and symbolic value.
The NFTs are real digital assets with practical utility, offering holders exclusive benefits such as access to private events, training sessions, discounted consultancy services, and dedicated content on the evolution of law.

In particular, P&G S.r.l. offers to corporate token holders:

the opportunity to join an exclusive Telegram group for legal updates in the tech sector;
the possibility to receive a compliance assessment of their company on a regulatory area chosen by the holder (Legal Assessment).

This initiative marks a turning point for the Italian legal sector, showing how tokenization technologies can be applied in an ethical, transparent and innovative way even to traditional professions, creating new forms of loyalty and communication between legal advisors and corporate clients.

“The goal,” explain the Co-Founders of P&G S.r.l., “is to show that blockchain is not just technology, but a bridge between transparency, value and culture, where beauty and utility work together to generate a real impact on business. In a project that looks to the future, P&G S.r.l. wanted to experiment with a new language to communicate with companies, bringing together art, technology and law.”

The P&G Collection therefore becomes a pioneering case study in Italy, where art becomes a tool for dialogue between law, innovation and new models of relationships between companies, and where each token tells — in digital form — the identity, values and vision of the enterprise.
